Your Story Matters

The first step on your healing journey is to tell someone. Breaking the silence and telling your story is the beginning of hope.

Growing up with no voice sparked our passion to create a platform for women and men to share their voice, to share their story. Why does it matter? Telling your story can be cathartic for victims of abuse. It provides a sense of emotional release and encourages growth & healing. Survivors who know they are not alone are more likely to seek help. Talking about abuse brings awareness and understanding and encourages those in the community to fight for change.

At Voices of Hope, our desire is to shed God’s grace on victims of abuse and help them find hope and healing in Him through the telling of their stories. There’s a bright future for each one of us when we can believe the promises our Creator has given us.

Our mission is to inspire others to find their voice and tell their story so they might break free from the chains of abuse, finding hope and healing in Jesus Christ.

By doing so, we hope to help victims become victors. To know their true identity in Christ, and how much they are loved by their Creator. And to inspire them to share their God-given talents, believe in themselves and their God-given purpose, and to accomplish the goals God has for them.

“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” – Psalm 139:14

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.
